There are few cosmetics companies out there that have a cult following like Urban Decay. Each time they come out with a new eyeshadow palette, the beauty community goes crazy! And it’s no wonder really, with shadows as rich as theirs that they have rightfully gained their reputation. One of the latest to come out of the edgy brand’s factory? The Vice Palette.
Recently, I’ve started getting back into loose eyeshadows and pigments. My purchase of MAC’s Vanilla Pigment reminded me of how much I love the rich color and pigmentation loose shadows have.
Keira Knightley looks like an ethereal goddess. She’s known for always having beautiful makeup and isn’t shy to play around with intensity. Her look here is a relatively old one, but perfect for this time of year.

What makes this look work? Keira has a smoldering charcoal brown smokey eye instead of black, and went with a muted red lip rather than bright. Lastly, to make the strong elements not over power each other, her makeup artist kept blush and contouring to a minimum. Would you try this look for the fall?
